The company is not aware of any shareholder agreements within the meaning of article 112 of the Spanish Securities Markets Act (Law 24 dated 28 July 1988) that affect the rules governing voting rights at general shareholders’ meetings or restrict or condition the free transferability of DINAMIA’s shares.
