(**) A capital increase entailing the issue of 427,500 new shares was approved at the General Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 June 2004. The capital increase, which took the form of a bonus share offer, was filed with the Madrid Mercantile Registry on 11 March 2005 and the new shares were admitted to trading on 30 March 2005.


(***) The General Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 June 2005 authorized the Board of Directors to increase capital. On 14 September 2005, a rights offering entailing the issue of 2,992,500 new shares was approved. The rights issue took the form of one new share for every three then outstanding and the subscription price was €15/share. This equity offering raised almost €45 million. Dinamia used the proceeds to make new investments.

(****) The General Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 June 2006 authorized the Board of Directors to increase capital. On 19 November 2009, a rights offering entailing the issue of 3,990,000 new shares was approved. The rights issue took the form of one new share for every three then outstanding and the subscription price was €10/share. This equity offering raised almost €40 million. Dinamia used the proceeds primarily to make new investments.
