The investment units comprising Dinamia’s portfolio are measured in its financial statements under Spanish generally accepted accounting principles (Spanish GAAP). Nonetheless, Nmás1 Capital Privado, in its capacity as Dinamia’s Manager, prepares a quarterly report valuing the Company’s assets in compliance with prevailing disclosure requirements.
In these valuation reports, Dinamia’s investments are valued using the criteria recommended by Spanish and international sector associations such as the Asociación Española de Capital Riesgo, the British Venture Capital Association, the Association of Investment Trust Companies, and the European Venture Capital Association. These valuations, designed to reflect the estimated market value of its investments, are prepared quarterly by the Manager and approved by the Board of Directors. Every six months the reports are reviewed by an auditor or an equivalent independent expert.
