A) Management Buy-out (MBO)

•  MBOs (management buy-outs) are deals in which the management team, with the support of a financial partner, acquires the company which it works for.

• Dinamia offers you the chance to become shareholders in the company you work for and to begin to work and generate value for yourself. You will be in charge of your company’s day-to-day management, with support from us at all times from our position on the Board of Directors in strategic decision-making, new investment decisions, tapping new sources of funding, etc.

• Dinamia’s extensive experience in MBOs will give you access to creative formulae so that your initial stake can grow as you meet the targets you yourself set in your business plan. This means that upon exit you can obtain a return on your investment far greater than that achieved by Dinamia.

B) Management Buy-in (MBI)

• In MBIs (management buy-ins), an outside management team, with the support of a financial partner, acquires a company and takes over its management.


• If you have identified a company with significant growth and profit potential and want to manage the opportunity personally, Dinamia is the perfect partner: we will provide the necessary acquisition financing and leave you free to manage the company.


• Often times, certain members of the existing management team are also keen to take a stake (buy-in management buy-out or BIMBO). This creates an ideal combination of an internal and external vision of the company from a strategic and long-term standpoint.
