Dinamia’s investment portfolio is managed exclusively by N+1 Capital Privado, SGECR, S.A., one of the main mid-market private equity players with an investment focus on Spain and Portugal.
 
In addition to Dinamia, N+1 Capital Privado manages the investments of N+1 Private Equity Fund LP, a British Limited Partnership fund, currently being unwound, and N+1 Private Equity Fund II, an investment fund headquartered in Spain which is active since 1Q08. Dinamia co-invests 50/50 with both funds in all transactions, which gives N+1 Capital Privado, SGECR, S.A. scope to manage over €700mn of assets.
