As a Signatory since January 27th 2011 of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) instituted by the United Nations, N+1 Private Equity recognizes the importance of incorporating non-financial aspects such as: environmental, social and of corporate governance in all its investment decisions.
N +1 Private Equity strongly believes that responsible investment is a key aspect in the decision making process and portfolio companies’ management, aligning interests with its investors and society as a whole. Indeed, one of its managed vehicles, Dinamia, is supervised by the Spanish Securities Commission (“CNMV”) and is required to specify and disclose its degree of compliance with corporate governance in its Annual Corporate Governance Report. Environmental, social and respect for human rights issues are addressed in each of the investment opportunities in specific Due Diligence studies to ensure compliance, prior to any investment decision making.
